Products may be considered for return subject to the following conditions:

• The original purchase receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The product must be unused, undamaged and suitable for resale.
• All original accessories, manuals, labels and packaging materials, where applicable, must be returned together with the product.
• Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, condition or supplier/manufacturer requirements.
• All refund and return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

• Have been used, installed, altered or modified by the customer.
• Have been damaged due to improper handling, installation, storage or use by the customer.
• Are missing their original packaging, accessories or components.
• Are specially ordered, customised or prepared according to the customer's specifications, where applicable.
• Are otherwise not in a condition suitable for resale.

All returned products will be inspected by Heng Seng Hardware together with the relevant purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

Heng Seng Hardware reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the return conditions stated above.

Once the returned product has been inspected and the return has been approved, the applicable refund will be processed within 2 weeks after confirmation of the approved return.

The actual time for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.

Where a product is required to be returned by post or courier, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is securely packaged.

Heng Seng Hardware shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to products during return transit where the customer arranges the return shipment.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact Heng Seng Hardware as soon as possible with your purchase details and relevant photographs or supporting information.

We will review the matter and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement, repair, exchange or refund in accordance with the circumstances of the case.
